We welcome you to join the VA CHW Development Workforce Council!

What We Do...

The council's work on expanding the CHW Workforce is focused on achieving health equity, reducing racial imbalances, and addressing health disparities.

The council and its three standing committees meet quarterly. A majority of members must be present for council-backed actions and decisions. Even though non-members can attend council meetings, only members can participate in decision-making.
